Gordon Pippin

Gordon is a graduate of Milligan College (B.A. Bible and History) and Emmanuel School of Religion (M.Div NT Studies). He also served as a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force for 15 years. He is married to Carla and they share 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Gordon enjoys playing the piano and trumpet, playing tennis, and enjoying his old car. He serves in many facets of ministry, but is most active with the Worship Team.


Colin Sherfield

Colin is a native of Coldwater, MI but he and his wife, Lindsey, have spent the last 4 years serving at a church in Montgomery, AL.  They are very excited to be back in Michigan.  Colin holds a B.A. in Theology & Ministry from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN with an emphasis in Student Ministry.  He believes firmly that young people aren’t just the church of the future but the church of right now! Colin and Lindsey are outdoor lovers who enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and adventure in general.


Rebekah Hodgman

Beki is a 2002 graduate of Great Lakes Christian College with a B.A. in Bible Theology and Christian Counseling. She is married to her husband Michael and they have two children, Madelyn and Jack.  Beki enjoys reading, cooking for everyone she loves and being an adventurous eater. She works in cooperation with all of the ministry teams throughout the church. She has a passion for Sunday School and musical worship.


Randy Sims
Worship & Creative Arts Coordinator


Randy graduated from Ferris State University in 2011 with a BS in Business and a minor in Information Technology.  Randy has been married to his wife, Lindsey, since 2008 and have two beautiful children, Gavin and Avery.  In his spare time, Randy loves spending time with family, watching football, and randomly bursting into song with anyone he encounters.  Randy has been a member at CCC since 1995 and has been active in many aspects of ministry including teaching, being a deacon, and leading worship on a weekly basis.  He has a passion for playing guitar and singing, and loves to keep up to date with the latest and greatest technology.  Randy also oversees the atmosphere and technology teams with help from subject matter experts in those fields.Save
